The art of celebrating ‘wins’…part II

From Carol…
There was something palpable yesterday in that place, like the electricity in the air before a thunderstorm. I had goose bumps and teary eyes all morning. I felt the Holy Spirit so noticeably present that it overwhelmed me (and I am feeling it again just thinking about it).

My soul was stirred before, during and after my time there. I am still energized and inspired by what I felt and witnessed.

The word "privilege" was on my heart all day: It is a privilege to be a part of this, to be in community with these people, to witness worship this genuine, to hear teaching this insightful, to behold art this creative, to serve alongside people this devoted ... to be chosen by God for such a time as this. I want to remain conscious of these privileges, to not take them for granted.

Regal Cinema Downtown West was truly a sacred and holy space yesterday; I felt it, and I think other people did, too. Several times I muttered under my breath, "Surely God is in this place... and I was not fully aware of it."

Pretty Awesome, I love hearing that stuff.
