CPAC in Johnson City…
I’ve been in Johnson City since Wednesday morning participating in the Church Planter Assessment Center held at Emmanuel School of Religion.As Crossings continues to move towards reproducing our community, my guess is, I’ll be attending more and more of these…
This is the second time I’ve participated in this assessment as an assessor…it’s an interesting experience. It’s incredibly beneficial for the people being assessed AND for the organizations trying to determine how ‘fit each candidate is for church planting’.
I went through this process a couple of years ago…and I still have ‘nightmarish flashbacks’ every time I come back… As negative as that sounds, I still believe very much in the process and the benefit of CPAC. They do an amazing job…
Maybe it’s just the fact that I’ve had a fever for 2 ½ days and feel like crap…(if that sounds like whiny from the poor little sick boy, it is. I hate being sick)
It will be good to get home later today…
