A Miraculous Day…

Two miracles in one day.

First, at Crossings…we had a great day of worship and study, continuing to study the narrative of John.

We studied the story of the wedding in the second chapter of John where Jesus, because the wedding has run out of wine, turns 180 gallons of water into 180 gallons of wine. A miracle that, for one thing, shows us we can trust Jesus to provide.
(Here’s a picture of the amount of water jugs it would take to make that much wine. We brought them up on stage during the teaching)

It was a good day to be together as a faith community…

Second, at Morningside Park…disc golf course, hole #2, through the woods, my very first hole-in-one. I think my heart is still beating a little fast…

Here’s a picture of my son Michael and Johnathan Branson pointing at the hole from the tee. I know you can't actually see the basket, you'll just have to trust me.
(Probably the best part of the whole experience was watching Michael and Johnathan sprint from the tee to the hole and back screaming hysterically the whole way because they couldn’t believe the shot went in)

Congrats, my friend. I hit an ace back in May on an Indy course. I couldn't see the basket either...something amazing about seeing the disc float out of sight and hearing the 'clink' of the chains... Again, good work.
