NTN Gathering...
I’m in Naperville at the Lead Pastor Gathering for New Thing Network. It’s been really good hanging out with all these guys who have come here from Oregon to New York and everywhere in between. (Although I’m the only one here from below the Ohio River)
We’ve spent time discussing all aspects of the NTN including questions like How do you be intentional about reproducing from day one?; How can we improve the product and the process of our Big Idea?; and How can we exponentially reproduce church networks?
Needless to say, my brain hurts.
Last night we were treated to a White Sox/A’s game which included tickets for something called the Patio Party which is a field level all you can eat pre-game feast. Here’s a picture of us at the game. (I’m hidden in front of Tammy, behind one Ferguson and between two other Fergusons.)
It was a good game…(even though the Sox won). The highlight had to be this guy who sounded like Nelson from the Simpson’s singing over and over the words “Beer and White Sox” to a tune he had evidently created himself. for the last three innings of the game.
Tomorrow we spend the day planning and plotting the teaching for the next year at all CCC & NTN sites…
