A fierce competition at LC…
One of the things at the previously mentioned Leadership Community that I omitted was that part of the morning included the 1st Annual Crossings Kickball Tournament.Part of Leadership Community involves getting into groups according to the areas in which people lead. Those areas are Arts, Production, Kids’ City, Hospitality, Small Group Leaders & Stuco. Out of those 6 areas we tried to divide our people into four evenly divided kickball teams including everyone’s children. (I’m not sure we succeeded in the ‘evenly divided’ part, that was really hard. But we really, really tried.)
They then competed in a kickball tournament with the winning team all receiving t- shirts with the logo to the right. The combo team of Production/Stuco won the tournament.
