Inglourious…

Whew, just got back from watching ‘Inglourious Basterds’ with my son Matthew…I’m exhausted.

It’s really a good movie.

I’m not the biggest Quentin Tarantino fan, but this is a really good movie. One reviewer called it the ‘movie of the decade’, not sure if I’d go that far, but it was a good story with great acting…The main villain, Christoph Waltz as “The Jew Hunter” was spectacular.

I know the blood and violence of a Tarantino film can be quite disconcerting, and rightfully so, but if you can get through that (or I guess, if you enjoy that), then you probably need to see this movie.

If you’ve seen it, let me know your thoughts…

Fantastic! Yes the gore got a little bothersome at points, but the story and the acting made up for it. I agree Christoph Waltz was amazing. Especially the phone scene. I even like the liberty they took with the truth...

Hmm...to me, it still wasn't quite as good as Pulp Fiction. Yes, great acting for sure, the villian was an amazing actor, but was slightly disappointed at how little Brad Pitt's character was in the movie. However - the gore in this movie was taken to a whole new level of realistic. I was amazed.
