Our 2nd Birthday…”Oh the cheesecake!”
This Sunday, 2.7.09, is Crossings’ 2nd birthday as a faith community…What an incredible adventure it has been, and what amazing, unbelievable things God has done and is doing…
One amazing a part of Crossings from the beginning has been Eli’s Cheesecake from Chicago…
Below is a video that we made last year as a ‘thank you’ to Eli’s…they actually showed it, I believe, at one of their corporate board meetings…

It's Neal Alligood (was @ NC State CCF for 7 years) so glad I found ya in the blogosphere - and I had to chuckle when I saw this - I was like "man Mark is getting the miles out of this one ain't he" - I remember when you used this @ our CCF Retreat - it was a good deal for sure.
Then I paused and thought - HEY WAIT - didn't you use "generic cheesecake" with us????? What are WE NOT GOOD ENOUGH for Elie's - man I am deeply hurt in my heart (ha ha ha ha actually you may have used the real deal - I couldn't remember but had to give you a hard time!)
My brother-in-law (Jeff Bennett) said he saw ya at the Stadia thing in Orlando - wish I could have gotten to catch up with ya.
Hope you guys are doing well - hope the move into the new place is going SWIMMINGLY - maybe I'll get to come visit ya sometime and check it out.

Awww! I remember two years ago when I (without really thinking) volunteered to babysit some kids of people who were starting a church in Knoxville. Two years later I am in San Jose, Costa Rica missing that community called Crossings so so much. You all mean so much to me and I cannot wait to be back and see everyone this summer!
