The song of creation…

We began studying Genesis a few weeks ago.

As we entered into the story of creation we referred to it as the ‘song of creation’. We began the study with Taylor Brown as a conductor.

Michael Cody has taken the video of Taylor and added
some images…it’s really, really good…

it was good to be apart of your community this past Sunday. I introduced myself to you briefly but to you that I'd like to start picking your brain about "church." I've been working in a church plant for the past 5 years in Valparaiso, IN thats apart of the CDEA. Being my first "job" out of college it's been great but I've been seeing some things that don't seem to fit right, with me anyway. This past spring I picked up the book the Tangible Kingdom and it pretty much made the "church" a bit more tangible and put some of the things that I've been struggling with into definition of how I've been feeling.
I'm not necessarily too sure as to what I'm looking for but I would like to see what kind of process you went through in preparation to "starting" Crossings.
I have four other friends that feel the same way about church... it mostly stems from the attractional vs. incarnational point of view. We all have a commitment to our current churches till the end of next year so there is time for planning and learning in the mean time. If you've got the time, that would be great but if not, i totally understand. I appreciate your time and what your doing at Crossings. thanks bro. josh
